Description

Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Experience Officer, the Product Marketing Manager will join a marketing team that values creativity, collaboration, and action. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will develop in-app and in-market product marketing strategies and campaigns which will support new feature releases and sustaining product adoption and retention.  Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales & Customer Success teams, you will be a partner to drive new releases to market and open new segments. We are looking for a product zealot and marketing maven; someone who operates with competitive curiosity, urgency, and strong right and left-brain skills to both create and analyze effective campaigns.  You operate at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product and architect the bridge-building between the benefits of our products and the markets that need them.  

 

Key Attributes/Duties of aSuccessful Product Marketing Manager:

·       Planning and Project Management: Coordinate the launches of new products and feature releases of existing products, managing messaging and cross-functional implementation

·       Campaign Design:Working with UI/UX designer, developing and executing in-app, in-market, and sales enablement messaging and marketing

·       Product Passion:being a maven about our product/platform features and benefits

·       Market Maven: being an expert on our customers/users/segments, and the pain points our products address

·       Competitive Intelligence: being an expert on our competition and how they are positioned

·       Collaboration: with product management, DevOps, sales, customer success, and marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our market segment ICPs

·       Strategy2Execution: Ability to think strategically and activate nimbly and accurately in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

·       Critical Thinking: Assess and report on the effectiveness of product marketing activities, adjusting accordingly

 

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

·       5+ years of SaaS product marketing experience, preferably EdTech

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

·       Adobe and Figma proficiency a plus

·       Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as MSTeams, Slack, and Salesforce.

·       Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.

·       Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn,Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

·       Excellent Writing and Presentation Skills.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
