Paul has been a proud member of the Echo360 team for over a decade, acting as a strong advocate for our customers and ensuring their success every step of the way.  During his tenure, Paul has built an industry leading support team delivering prompt, thoughtful, and friendly guidance to our customers around the clock and around the globe.  Prior to joining Echo360, Paul led a support team and provided enterprise support to Fortune 500 customers at America Online and iPlanet, a Netscape and Sun Microsystems alliance.

Paul received his BS in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
