Jan has 40 years of experience in training and development in a corporate context. He worked for third party training providers for large accounts (multinationals) in Europe, North and South America. He's held multiple training management positions within large corporations. His specialties are: training management, training processes and training evaluation. He has 3 degrees: Pedagogics, Learning Disabilities and Training Management. He's currently Sr. Learning Consultant at ViaRail Canada and I teach “Learning and Development” at the graduate level at McGill University in Montreal.
